The partners of OWENS & ROBINSON are dedicated to the protection of our clients' rights. We are not afraid to take on the difficult issues and to stand up for those who don’t have a voice. We handle criminal, personal injury, domestic relations (divorce/child support), and bankruptcy cases. We are also the legal consultants for the Judge Mathis Show filmed here in Chicago. We pursue our clients' matters seriously and we are committed to providing the highest standard of service.
We believe that each of us has a duty to contribute to the improvement of our community and to uplift our society. Ms. Owens is active in several faith-based and community organizations championing social justice, services to Chicago-area homeless, and youth and young adult mentorship. She is a noted author and playwright. She is dedicated to the eradication of senseless violence and educational inequity.
Ms. Robinson is an ordained minister who sponsors an annual picnic for the residents of Chicago's Roseland Community, serves as the First Vice President of the NAACP Chicago Southside Branch, and hosts seminars to assist ex-offenders with the expungement process. She volunteers with organizations that serve Chicago's youth and underserved communities.
The firm extends internships to high school and college students interested in a legal career. The partners volunteer legal services for not-for-profit organizations and sit on various boards. We are vested in the future of our profession and our nation.
OWENS & ROBINSON understands the need for competent legal representation when people have been wronged or need someone to defend their rights. OWENS & ROBINSON stands to make sure each client gets the justice the are entitled to.
